The Zara print top for mother and daughter

'Fashion for all ages' should be Zaras slogan. Not every shop allows you to pick up the same top as your mum and for you both to fall in love with it. We're both big fans of comfortable outfits and buying key pieces that you can dress up and dress down. So this was right up our street and straight in our basket.

 Top- Zara
Me: Jeans- Topshop, Shoes- boohoo, Bag- Whistles, Earings- Vivienne Westwood
Mum: Jeans- Next, Boots- Topshop (sale), Bag- Russell & Bromley

The top's quite light weight with pretty long sleeves, and has a longer back compared to the front.  What attracted us to it was not only the striking pattern, but the colour palette. As you can see, we like wearing black so it's nice to include a little colour where you can.  I've said before how much I love the whole pale blush pink/nude which is a nice touch on this top.

I know myself and mum will be getting a lot of wear out of this from now through to summer, and could even be wearing it through to the colder months. Would look so nice with some pale blue denim jeans, white jeans and even some denim shorts (planning summery outfits already).

Have you bought the same thing as your mum before?

xoxo

For The Love Of Cucumbers and Skincare

AD with Yes To Good morning and happy National Cucumber Day! I love cucumbers! There, I said it. I like to eat them, drink them in juices and smoothies, and even like them in my skincare routine. Over the last couple of months I've really struggled with my skin. Getting hard lumps under the skin, and rash like breakouts that were super persistent and refused to die down. I thought about whether or not I was using too many different products and clogging up my skin, or it was just down to stress or something. All I knew was that I had to give something a go and hope for it to work it's magic on my problem skin as it was getting me down. What a day to share my love of cucumbers and my love of the  Yes To Cucumber  range with you cuties. Make yourself a cheese (vegan cheese if you're like myself) and cucumber sandwich and take a read about a range you'll want try!  It may shock you to see an entire range made with cucumbers, but it's actually a

How To Read More & What I Read In May

*gifted items and affiliate links Hi mates, it's been a while!  So, I've had quite a few requests to create a blog post all about how I read so much. Don't get me wrong there are loads of people out there that read way more than me. But I average 4 books a month, however with lockdown in the UK I've been able to rack up my monthly average.  Let's just jump straight in to how I read as much as I do. 1 ~ Choose books you WANT to read This sounds super obvious, however I myself have been known to follow book trends and pick up a book because it's all over the gram, or because my favourite influencer has told me to read it. Doing so can result in books you just don't get in the flow of reading and books you don't want to actively pick up.  Know what genres you like to read. Know what authors you like and do some digging to make sure you pick wisely. Sometimes you will be disappointed with a book that you feel you should of enjoye

A November Book Haul

contains pr products, *aff My obsession with books and reading is still going strong guys! Since my post way back outlining how I was getting back into ready ... I think was back in 2018 and here we are. I've smashed my Goodreads goal of reading 50 books this year, and I'm actually closer to achieving 100 books read. I don't want to put too much pressure on myself but, I'd LOVE to get there. Anyway, books are a huge part of my life now. And even though I like everyone go through slumps where I don't want to read anything, when I am in the reading mood I normally have a few on the go at the same time and have turned into a big mood reader. Which I've found actually helps me get through books so much quicker.  As a member of the Book Break Insiders Influencer group, I am lucky enough to be sent a selection of books every month. Which helps to keep my nose is a book that's for sure! Book 1: The Silence by Don DeLillo* A timely and compelling novel about what ha
