KISS beauty event with Jessica Wright

Held in the Soho hotel, Kiss beauty threw a super girlie event full of nibbles, drinks, nails and lashes. We were first greeted by some of the KISS representatives who were so accommodating and made sure we were watered and shown everything we needed to get the most out of the event.

The suite was well stocked with packets of false nails and eyelashes for bloggers and press to have a look, take pictures and get them applied by makeup artists and nail technicians. I felt so overwhelmed by the amount of great products there. Having been an acrylic nail girl for years, I never realised how good stick on nails could be.

The invite said that Jessica Wright would be there and I honestly had my doubts if she would actually turn up. But, she did and it was such a lovely surprise. Having been a lover of TOWIE and her I was a little star struck until I had a chat with her and made to feel very comfortable and at ease chatting to a lovely and very genuine young lady. Autumnal feels | Style

My favourite time of year is here, Autumn! Orange leaves and gorgeous autumnal clothing gets me all happy and excited. I find myself more into fashion around this time of year as I much prefer covering up and layering, apposed to baring lots of flesh in shorts and bikinis. Having a little Sunday mooch around town is something I love doing. Grabbing a coffee, a touch of shopping, and the obligatory outfit shot where I try to make my boyfriend a professional photographer (he is totally getting better every time!).

Deets are as follows: Glasses ~ Moschino at Specsavers, Jumper ~ Whistles last year,  Jeans ~ Topshop, Bag ~ TKMaxx, Trainers ~ Nike junior

My Sunday was chilled, filled with beautiful weather, a picnic on the beach for dinner and my first jumper day, so today was a pretty flippin good day.

Hope your weekend was as good as what mine was peeps.

I've always been someone who likes a list or two (maybe three) and enjoys using diaries and note pads and books etc. I follow five steps to make sure I'm as organised as I can possibly be without becoming obsessed with it.

1: Write it down- Whether you use a digital diary or a written one, I like to be able to see my week ahead so I can prioritise my free time for work, blogging and social events. There's nothing worse than forgetting to do, go, or sort something. Getting to a day and suddenly realising you had something planned is the worst, not cool at all. I'm a bit weird with this step as I use both digital and written. I use my iCal on my phone and write everything from that into my book diary. I'm not sure why I do this, but I like it.  I like being able to see my diary on my ph…
